About the Role
A respected financial institution is seeking a Wealth Advisor to join its collaborative wealth management team. This is a client-facing role working directly with high-net-worth individuals, professionals, and business owners to create customized financial plans.
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking group focused on building long-term relationships, delivering strategic guidance, and helping clients reach their financial goals.
Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with affluent clients
Develop and deliver customized financial plans (retirement, tax, estate, investment, and insurance)
Collaborate with internal team members and external advisors to implement strategies
Identify new client opportunities and expand existing relationships
Present and explain financial strategies clearly and confidently
Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and planning strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or private banking
Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth individuals
Strong knowledge of estate, tax, and retirement planning
Excellent communication and client presentation skills
Proficient in Salesforce, eMoney, Excel, and other financial planning tools
Ability to travel locally for client meetings
What We Offer
Base salary range: $90,000 – $160,000
