With a diverse portfolio and a healthy backlog of work, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their Cincinnati team.
Position Overview
This role will lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, partnering with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple stakeholders while driving project performance.

Typical Project Size: $20M – $50M+
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects
Lead budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and procurement efforts
Oversee subcontractor negotiations and contract administration
Drive project safety, quality, and financial performance
Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to execute project plans
Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and consultants
Identify and mitigate project risks
Lead project meetings and provide executive-level reporting
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience for PM level
10+ years of commercial construction project management experience for Senior PM level
Experience managing ground-up commercial projects
Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
CompensationProject Manager
$115,000 – $140,000 Base Salary
Senior Project Manager
$140,000 – $165,000 Base Salary
