Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations at the LAX location, ensuring seamless processes and efficiency.
  • Implement technology-driven solutions, providing customized analyses to address complex challenges.
  • Manage and oversee operational budgets, including forecasting, KPI tracking, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align operational goals with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with account management and sales teams to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of operations management experience, with a strong focus on air and ocean freight.
  • Comprehensive understanding of transportation regulations and industry compliance.
  • Strong financial acumen, particularly in budgeting and cost management.
  • Advanced proficiency in CargoWise.
  • High-energy professional with a talent for maintaining and building relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and presentation skills.
