A reputable ag organization in Iowa is seeking a Grain Originator to support producers with customized grain marketing solutions. This role focuses on building strong relationships with growers, providing market insights, and helping producers improve ROI and manage risk.
Grain Originator Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with grain producers
Offer risk management tools and tailored grain marketing strategies
Act as a trusted resource for grain market updates, pricing, and contracting options
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery
Promote safe work practices and support organizational goals
Grain Originator Qualifications:
Experience in grain marketing, origination, or ag sales preferred
Strong understanding of grain markets and risk management tools
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Valid driver’s license; Clean driving record
