A leading national general contractor is seeking a Project Manager II to join their growing team. This role is perfect for a construction professional ready to take ownership of mid-to-large scale commercial projects and deliver exceptional results from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll work alongside talented teams and industry-leading professionals on innovative, high-profile builds that shape communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of construction projects from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout
Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and field teams to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment
Manage subcontractor bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations
Coordinate project schedules, logistics, and resource allocation
Monitor jobsite progress, resolve issues, and ensure high standards of quality and safety
Maintain project documentation and reporting for internal teams and clients
Build and nurture client relationships and ensure exceptional communication throughout project lifecycle
Provide mentorship to assistant project managers and project engineers
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
Proven success managing projects ranging from $5M to $50M
Strong knowledge of construction practices, contract negotiations, and industry software
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for collaboration, safety, and innovation
