Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to take the lead on high-impact commercial and industrial builds from preconstruction to closeout. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our firm, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring that large-scale projects are safely delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Manage full-lifecycle construction projects, overseeing design integration, estimating, and scheduling.
- Financial Stewardship: Control job budgets, develop cost-to-complete forecasts, and skillfully negotiate contracts and change orders to secure profitability.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks early, resolve conflicts, and adapt quickly to changing site conditions.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Act as the on-site leader, directly supervising project teams (including Superintendents and Assistant PMs) and supporting junior staff development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: \(8+\) years of progressive project management experience within the commercial or industrial construction sector.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Certifications: OSHA 30 and a valid Driver’s License required. PMP or CCM certifications are highly preferred.
