Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager with strong estimating experience to lead and manage multiple commercial projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of the construction process, from pre-construction budgeting to project completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Oversee pre-construction activities, including cost estimation, proposal preparation, and bid packages.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Conduct project cost analysis and ensure adherence to budgets and contracts.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, schedules, and progress reports.
• Perform risk management and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Lead on-site teams and conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and timeline adherence.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and cost control.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management and estimating.
• Strong proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift) and project management tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to managing teams.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in healthcare, retail, and restaurant ground-up builds and renovations.
• Familiarity with design-build and value engineering processes.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred).
