Compensation and Benefits:
$150K–$190K base salary, depending on experience

About the Role:
Lead origination and merchandising of corn, wheat, and soybeans
Negotiate competitive buys and sales with producers, end users, and commercial partners
Develop and execute strategic trading plans
Mentor and guide a growing team of junior merchandisers
Analyze market trends, logistics, and risk strategies
Required Skills:
10+ years of grain merchandising experience (corn, wheat, soybean ideally)
Deep understanding of cash and futures markets
Strong negotiation skills and a sharp commercial instinct
Proven leadership qualities and a team-first mentality
Strong communication, integrity, and market awareness
