Are you a passionate and driven attorney with a proven track record in personal injury law? We're seeking a dedicated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our fast-paced, 100% in-office team. If you have at least 5 years of experience and a commitment to advocating for those who have been wronged, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in guiding our clients through the legal process, fighting for the justice and compensation they deserve. You'll manage a diverse caseload, from initial client consultation to settlement or trial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of personal injury cases, including investigation, discovery, negotiation, and litigation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney.
  • Trial experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Plaintiff personal injury is preferred, but we will strongly consider candidates with experience in Medical Malpractice or Insurance Defense who are looking to transition to the plaintiff side.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule & Location:

  • This is a 100% in-office position.
  • Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM OR 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
