An established Dallas litigation firm is hiring a personal injury litigation associate who wants hands-on case responsibility in a close-knit, in-office team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a docket of personal injury cases from pleadings through resolution
- Draft motions, discovery, and written work product
- Take and defend depositions and attend hearings and mediations
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and experts
Requirements
- 2-5 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Licensed with the State Bar of Texas
- Strong writing, organization, and courtroom skills
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary $140,000+, based on experience
- Year-end bonus
- Full health benefits
Work arrangement
Full-time, 100% in office in Dallas.
