Job Title: Electrical BIM Coordinator

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $85,000 to $110,000 per year

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical BIM Coordinator to join partners dynamic team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility and work-life balance you need, while allowing you to contribute to exciting and challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for electrical systems in commercial and industrial projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient model creation and maintenance.
• Coordinate BIM efforts across multiple projects to ensure consistency and quality.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using BIM software.
• Create and manage BIM execution plans and standards.
• Train and support team members on BIM processes and software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in the electrical construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
