Tax Manager – Dallas, TX
A well-respected regional accounting firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Manager to join its growing Dallas office. Manage and review complex tax compliance projects for corporations, partnerships, and individuals
Prepare, review, and file federal, state, and local tax returns ensuring accuracy and compliance
Provide tax planning, research, and consulting services tailored to client needs
Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff to develop technical skills and career progression
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Coordinate with other firm departments to deliver integrated solutions
Stay current on tax law changes and communicate implications to clients and staff
CPA license required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting tax services
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines efficiently
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations, with multi-state tax experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring staff
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Dallas, TX metropolitan area
