A well-established ag facility is hiring a Feed Mill Operator to support daily operations, ingredient handling, and feed order fulfillment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone reliable, safety-focused, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment—no experience required! Full on-the-job training offered! Feed Mill Operator Duties:
Operate feed mill control systems and equipment
Receive, bin, and blend feed ingredients
Fill and load out customer feed orders
Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance
Keep work areas clean and safe
Support team operations and assist other locations as needed
Feed Mill Operator Qualifications:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot/cold conditions
Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime
CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
Experience in ag, feed, or mill operations a plus
