A well-established ag facility is hiring a Feed Mill Operator to support daily operations, ingredient handling, and feed order fulfillment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone reliable, safety-focused, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment—no experience required! Full on-the-job training offered! Feed Mill Operator Duties:

  • Operate feed mill control systems and equipment

  • Receive, bin, and blend feed ingredients

  • Fill and load out customer feed orders

  • Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance

  • Keep work areas clean and safe

  • Support team operations and assist other locations as needed

Feed Mill Operator Qualifications: 

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot/cold conditions

  • Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime

  • CDL preferred or willingness to obtain

  • Experience in ag, feed, or mill operations a plus
