Are you a skilled Drywall Project Manager/Estimator looking for a flexible, remote opportunity? Prepare accurate and detailed estimates using software (On Center preferred).
Review blueprints and specifications to develop competitive bids and proposals.
Account for material, labor, and overhead costs while aligning with client goals.
Oversee multiple drywall projects remotely, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
Utilize virtual tools and software to conduct progress checks and resolve issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Lead virtual project meetings and provide regular updates to ensure client satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and achieve company objectives.
Maintain detailed records of contracts, change orders, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Prepare progress reports and keep stakeholders informed of project status.
3-5 years of experience in drywall project management or estimating.
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects remotely.
Bonus points for OSHA 30 certification and experience working with GCs.
