๐Ÿšจ Job Opportunity: Mid-Level to Senior Associate – Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐Ÿ’ผ

We’re looking for a talented mid-level or senior associate with strong experience and academic credentials to join our Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Preservation practice in Naples! ๐ŸŒดโœจ

What you’ll do:

๐Ÿ–‹๏ธ Draft a wide range of estate planning documents (wills, trusts, and related instruments) ๐Ÿค Work directly and frequently with clients ๐Ÿ’ก Advise individuals and families on trust structures & wealth transfer tax strategies ๐Ÿ“ˆ Design business succession plans ๐Ÿ“œ Counsel fiduciaries on estate and trust administration ๐Ÿงพ Prepare and review federal estate, gift & fiduciary income tax returns ๐Ÿ” Conduct research and writing on estate, trust, and tax matters โš–๏ธ Support litigation efforts related to wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration

Position Requirements:

Technical skills: ๐Ÿ“š Minimum 4 years of trusts and estates experience (more experience welcomed!) โœ๏ธ Proven experience drafting key legal documents in trusts and estates matters

Other requirements: โš–๏ธ Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing
