- Field customer phone calls/emails and provide technical solutions with the use of factory reps or outside sales when necessary
- Select and size appropriate pump/motor for specific application
- Provide detailed information of pump layouts to shop for assembly of new units
- Help to resolve any customer issues
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in GD&T, CAD, CMMs, VMMs, CT X-ray, and Dimensional Metrology, with experience in programming language and macros.
- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to create time studies, conduct process simulations, and recommend solutions based on customer needs and documentation.
- Collaborative Mindset: Thrive in a collaborative environment, interacting positively and professionally with colleagues, customers, and vendors to achieve common goals.
- Detail Orientation: Possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks, with a commitment to meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a 3D Spatial Awareness environment, with a strong understanding of programming language and macros.
- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites, including potential overnight projects, with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
