This isn’t about babysitting a checklist. This is about owning the quality strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives, and helping us build a globally competitive operation. You’ll be at the forefront of compliance, training, audits, and process improvement—all while mentoring a rock-solid team.
✅ Champion a culture of continuous improvement and compliance across the plant
✅ Oversee and optimize food safety programs (HACCP, GMP, Preventive Controls)
✅ Lead internal and external audits with confidence and professionalism
✅ Collaborate with teams to reduce scrap, boost efficiency, and improve KPIs
✅ Analyze quality metrics to drive performance and innovation
✅ Conduct root cause analysis, manage SCARs, and improve traceability systems
✅ Train staff on SOPs, quality tools, and proactive process controls
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5–7 years of leadership in a manufacturing quality role
In-depth knowledge of Totani, B&B, or Hudson Sharp Machinery
Proven expertise with ISO 9001, BRC, or FSSC 22000
HACCP/GMP certifications
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 + quality tracking systems
Hands-on experience with process improvement and statistical analysis
