Associate Attorney – Estate & Trust Litigation
📍 Hybrid | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 $100,000–$150,000 DOE + Bonuses
Our firm is expanding and seeking an Associate Attorney to join our busy practice. We are looking for a motivated attorney with experience in estate and trust litigation—including will contests, probate, and related matters. The role will also involve a small transactional component and some exposure to business/commercial litigation, though the primary focus is trusts and estates.
What You’ll Do
Handle estate and trust litigation cases, including contested probate matters.
Represent clients in court hearings and trials.
Assist with some transactional work and occasional business/commercial litigation.
Manage deadlines and caseload effectively while providing high-quality client service.
What We’re Looking For
Some experience in estate/trust litigation or probate (not necessarily extensive, but prior exposure is required).
Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.
Courtroom-ready with strong litigation and advocacy skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced caseload.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100,000–$150,000, depending on experience.
Bonus: Tiered quarterly collections bonus
