Premier Surgical Practice | Shenandoah Valley, Virginia

The Opportunity A prestigious, well-established dermatology group is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Mohs Surgeon to lead a high-volume surgical and reconstructive practice in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley.

Practice Infrastructure You will step into a turn-key environment, a 2,500 sq. ft. facility designed specifically for efficiency and excellence in patient care.

  • Clinical Volume: 9–12 Mohs cases per day with an excellent payor mix.
  • Expert Support: A dedicated team of full-time surgical technicians trained in complex reconstructive surgery and a full-time surgical coordinator.
  • Advanced Lab: Fully equipped Mohs laboratory featuring two cryostats and immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining capabilities.
  • Laboratory Staff: Assisted by two full-time histotechs specifically trained in IHC.

Compensation & Qualifications

  • Board Certification: BC/BE in Dermatology and/or Mohs Surgery.
  • Licensure: Eligible for Virginia Medical Licensure.
