What You’ll Drive:

✅ Champion a culture of continuous improvement and compliance across the plant
✅ Oversee and optimize food safety programs (HACCP, GMP, Preventive Controls)
✅ Lead internal and external audits with confidence and professionalism
✅ Collaborate with teams to reduce scrap, boost efficiency, and improve KPIs
✅ Analyze quality metrics to drive performance and innovation
✅ Conduct root cause analysis, manage SCARs, and improve traceability systems
✅ Train staff on SOPs, quality tools, and proactive process controls


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • 5–7 years of leadership in a manufacturing quality role

  • In-depth knowledge of Totani, B&B, or Hudson Sharp Machinery

  • Proven expertise with ISO 9001, BRC, or FSSC 22000

  • HACCP/GMP certifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 + quality tracking systems

  • Hands-on experience with process improvement and statistical analysis
