This builder has a strong national footprint and delivers thousands of units annually across luxury apartments, mixed-use, senior housing, affordable communities, and student housing.
Superintendent (all levels) – Base salaries in the $180K–$200K range
Project Executive – Base salary in the $220K range
As a Construction Superintendent or Project Executive, you will join a team that has built over 100,000 housing units nationwide, consistently delivering large-scale multifamily projects valued up to $70M+. This contractor is well-regarded for safety, quality, and repeat client partnerships — with more than 90% of projects coming from returning clients.
