Commercial Construction Superintendent

Experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with proven success managing medium-sized commercial construction projects up to approximately $20M in value. Skilled in overseeing daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety compliance, quality control, inspections, and project closeout activities from preconstruction through final turnover.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

  • Managed day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects up to $20M.
  • Coordinated subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and onsite personnel to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Maintained look-ahead schedules and assisted with overall project sequencing and logistics.
  • Enforced OSHA safety standards and company safety policies across active jobsites.
  • Conducted subcontractor meetings, site walks, and progress coordination.
  • Reviewed construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Oversaw quality control inspections and punch list completion.
  • Collaborated closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, architects, owners, and subcontractors throughout all project phases.
  • Managed material deliveries, manpower coordination, and daily reporting.
  • Utilized Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software for documentation and communication.
