Experience Required: 5+ years
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on bridge and roadway projects. This includes new construction, demo/replacement, and rehabilitation/maintenance work. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a background in heavy civil construction.
Oversee daily job site operations, crew activities, and subcontractor coordination
Ensure project schedule, safety, and quality standards are met
Read and interpret project drawings and specifications
Maintain accurate field reports and daily logs
Work closely with project managers and inspectors to resolve field issues
Enforce safety protocols and company policies
5+ years of experience in bridge and/or roadway construction supervision
Strong knowledge of heavy civil equipment and construction techniques
Ability to manage crews and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
OSHA certification preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
