A rising asset management company is looking for a Project Manager within commercial real estate construction. This is a great company to work with and has amazing benefits with growth opportunities.

Qualifications for Project Manager:

  • 2 years of experience within the construction project management industry.
  • Either a 4 year degree or a 3 year diploma from a Technical college.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., lighting, plumbing, heating,ventilation, air conditioning); construction inspections; and construction trades and technology (e.g., site grading, drainage, paving, roofs, concrete and masonry, structural steel and sewage systems.
  • Excellent computer skills with ability to use software such as Microsoft Office, AutoCad,Excel, MS Project
  • Must have valid Ontario driver's license.
  • Ability to read and communicate construction drawings, reports, standards and specifications, supplier instructions and buildings codes.
  • Knowledge of contract law as it relates to building construction and renovation projects.
  • Must be able to travel with little notice throughout Ontario.
