Employment Law Defense Paralegal Seattle, WA — Hybrid

A respected boutique employment defense firm is looking to add a paralegal with substantive experience in employment litigation to their growing team. What they're looking for:

• Litigation paralegal experience, ideally supporting management-side employment defense (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour)
• Strong working knowledge of Washington state and federal court rules, filing procedures, and e-filing
• Experience with discovery, including drafting written discovery, organizing document productions, and managing privilege logs
• Comfortable preparing deposition, mediation, and trial materials
• Familiarity with agency matters (EEOC, WSHRC, L&I) is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines across a busy caseload
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
