Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction planning through punch list and closeout

  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost control measures

  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure project alignment and clear communication

  • Prepare, track, and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project-related documentation

  • Conduct site visits, monitor field progress, and proactively identify issues or conflicts

  • Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure construction accuracy and minimize risk

  • Facilitate project meetings, progress reports, schedule updates, and project planning sessions

  • Promote and ensure adherence to company safety protocols and quality standards

  • Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and interns, contributing to team development

  • Represent the company professionally, maintaining strong relationships with clients and project partners


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

  • Experience managing ground-up, renovation, or tenant improvement projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (experience may be considered in place of degree)

  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and align teams

  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget

  • Ability to think proactively, resolve issues, and maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach
