Job Title: Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Location: Bartow, FL

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to support a growing insurance team in Bartow, FL. This role is responsible for servicing existing client accounts, handling policy changes, and delivering a high level of customer support across personal lines products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and manage a book of personal lines accounts (home, auto, renters, etc.)
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Review coverage and assist clients with policy questions
• Process certificates, documentation, and policy updates accurately
• Work closely with producers and carriers to ensure client needs are met
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system

Required Qualifications:

• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License
• Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with QQ Catalysis and Agency Zoom (Strongly preferred)
• Prior experience working in an independent agency environment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $35,000 – $40,000
• Stable, full-time position
