Lead bridge and structural projects from planning through delivery.
Own project budgets, schedules, scope, and quality.
Build trusted relationships with public-sector clients.
Guide design decisions and review technical deliverables.
Mentor engineers and support proposals and new project pursuits.
What You Bring
SE license required
15+ years of bridge/structural design and project management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Experience delivering transportation projects for public agencies
Strong knowledge of applicable bridge design standards
Proficiency with bridge design, analysis, and drafting software
Proven client leadership and staff development skills
