PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ Experience managing public construction projects of $10M+ (schools, municipal, government, and similar)
✔️ Knowledge of public-bid requirements, including prevailing wage, certified payroll, and public owner reporting
✔️ Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, change orders, and cost control
✔️ Ability to coordinate subcontractors, design teams, and public owners from preconstruction through closeout
✔️ Self-starter with strong leadership and relationship-building skills
