LEAD ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ Experience estimating public construction projects of $10M+ as a general contractor
✔️ Knowledge of public bidding procedures, prevailing wage, and bid forms and requirements
✔️ Ability to review drawings and specifications, perform takeoffs, and level subcontractor bids
✔️ Experience leading the bid process and mentoring other estimators
✔️ Strong understanding of construction costs, scopes, and margins
