Your Day-to-Day
Process and support weekly payroll, maintain timekeeping systems, and ensure accurate associate data
Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and associate inquiries
Manage workers’ compensation and liability claims, coordinating with HR, insurance carriers, and associates
Support HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and HRIS system maintenance (UKG experience a plus)
What You’ll Bring
Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
High school diploma required; bachelor’s in HR or related field preferred
