A well-established commercial contractor in the Cleveland area is hiring TWO Estimators with a carpentry, interiors, or specialty construction background to join their growing team! This role offers $90,000 - $120,000 with flexibility for the right candidate, long-term stability, and real career growth.
ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ 5+ years of estimating experience in carpentry, interiors, or specialty commercial construction
✔️ Ability to review drawings and specifications to develop accurate scopes and bids
✔️ Experience with quantity takeoffs, subcontractor bid leveling, and pricing
✔️ Strong understanding of means, methods, and construction sequencing
✔️ Sharp eye for scope gaps and cost risks
✔️ Commercial carpenters, carpentry foremen, interior construction pros, superintendents, assistant estimators, and precon professionals ready for the next step are encouraged to apply
