Position Summary

As a General Dentist, you’ll administer and expand our primary and preventive dental care program in a dynamic group practice setting. You’ll play a leadership role, partnering with Office Managers to foster a positive culture and drive performance while delivering top-notch patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality, hands-on patient care and preventive education
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnostics, and restorative treatments
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, dental board standards, and office protocols
• Lead by example, modeling our core values and positive office culture
• Train and mentor hygienists and dental assistants
• Collaborate with Office Managers on staff reviews, training, and patient relations
• Support revenue cycle management processes, including insurance appeals and coding

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance
  • DEA license and CPR certification

• Essential Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy and a patient-first approach to care
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional clinical and diagnostic abilities
  • Commitment to ethical practices and patient confidentiality
