We need a visionary sales leader who can:

  • Build and execute strategic national retail sales initiatives
  • Cultivate relationships with major retail decision-makers
  • Lead cross-functional teams through our brand transformation
  • Identify breakthrough product opportunities aligned with consumer demands
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover new expansion opportunities

What you Bring:

  • 5+ years leading national sales in CPG or food industry, protein, meat, or poultry preferred
  • Proven success with major retail partnerships and product launches
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving skills
  • BA in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 40%
