A growing and well-regarded law firm is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join its team. In this role, you will work directly with clients and attorneys in the Workers’ Compensation Department, playing a key part in delivering high-quality legal support and client service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Assist attorneys in managing Workers’ Compensation cases from intake through resolution.
Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Manage case files and deadlines using legal case management software.
Organize medical records and prepare case summaries.
Provide general support to ensure smooth case progression.
Minimum 2 years of experience handling Illinois Workers’ Compensation cases.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with technology and legal case management systems.
A team-oriented mindset with dedication to client service.
