This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in corporate law to handle sophisticated transactional matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and entity formation
Strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and review
Experience advising clients on corporate governance, compliance, and general business matters
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously
Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
What You’ll Do
Handle a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, restructurings, and financing deals
Draft and negotiate operating agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and other corporate documents
Advise business clients on governance, regulatory, and compliance issues
Work directly with clients to provide strategic guidance and practical solutions
Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups on multifaceted matters
