A highly regarded firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactions Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in corporate law to handle sophisticated transactional matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and entity formation

  • Strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and review

  • Experience advising clients on corporate governance, compliance, and general business matters

  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously

  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do

  • Handle a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, restructurings, and financing deals

  • Draft and negotiate operating agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and other corporate documents

  • Advise business clients on governance, regulatory, and compliance issues

  • Work directly with clients to provide strategic guidance and practical solutions

  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups on multifaceted matters
