We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead and oversee our commercial service department. This role is responsible for managing service technicians, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repair work, and driving operational excellence.

Lead and MENTOR a team of commercial HVAC service technicians
Ensure timely, high-quality maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention
Coordinate service schedules, dispatching, parts procurement, and equipment maintenance
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support on complex HVAC and refrigeration systems
Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company policies
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement within the service department
10+ years of experience in large commercial HVAC service management
Strong leadership and team development skills
Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration technology
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to build accountability, pride, and performance within a team
