Plaintiff Litigation Attorney – Complex Litigation – California (Hybrid/Remote Options)

A nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its team handling complex, high-value cases. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to work on impactful, large-scale matters—including catastrophic injury, mass torts, and other complex litigation - rather than high-volume work.

The firm offers a collaborative environment, meaningful case involvement, and the opportunity to work on precedent-setting matters alongside experienced trial attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex plaintiff-side litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Develop case strategy and conduct in-depth legal research
• Work closely with experts and assist in building high-value cases
• Collaborate with team members across offices on large-scale litigation matters

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Experience in plaintiff-side civil litigation required
• Class action or complex litigation experience preferred but not required
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage cases and work both independently and as part of a team
