Custom Home Superintendent – Memphis, TN

A reputable residential builder is seeking an experienced Custom Home Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes in the Memphis area.

This is a great opportunity for a Superintendent who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction of high-end custom homes from start to completion
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Coordinate daily site activities and project schedules
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Maintain high standards for quality and craftsmanship
• Review plans and coordinate with Project Managers, architects, and trade partners
• Conduct quality control and site inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential construction experience
• Strong experience building custom or luxury homes
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
