A well-established, employee-owned commercial construction firm with over 60 years of success is seeking a Superintendent to lead projects in the Erie, Pennsylvania area.

Lead field operations for diverse commercial projects (healthcare, education, institutional, corporate, and community-focused builds).
Supervise field staff, trades, and subcontractors while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Owners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations.
Oversee site logistics, daily scheduling, and on-site problem-solving.
Maintain detailed documentation, enforce site safety, and drive strong communication across all project stakeholders.
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage ground-up and renovation projects.
Strong understanding of project sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics.
Experience working with Procore or similar project management platforms a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and quality.
