Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in removal defense proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents and pleadings for court
• Advocate for clients in immigration court hearings
• Collaborate with team members on case strategies

Job Functions:

• 2-10 years of solid experience in removal defense litigation
• Must be bilingual
• 1 year of experience in removal defense court setting
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure

Skills:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active bar license in the state of TX
• Strong understanding of immigration laws and proceedings
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
