Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and seasoned Superintendent to oversee daily construction operations. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. Leading field teams with strong leadership and clear communication will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily site operations
  • Coordinate and lead subcontractors and construction crews
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to guarantee timely completion
  • Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
