Senior Real Estate Attorney: Join a Sophisticated Naples Practice

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded, sophisticated Real Estate practice in Naples. We are working with a client that is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 7+ years of experience to collaborate at a senior level with accomplished, seasoned practitioners on a broad range of commercial and residential transactions. What You'll Do

• Handle a broad range of commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
• Conduct and oversee due diligence, including title and survey review
• Advise clients on transactional structuring, risk mitigation, and compliance
• Work with practice leadership to expand services and strengthen the Real Estate group
• Mentor attorneys and foster collaboration across the team
• Contribute to client development and long-term practice growth

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 7+ years of real estate transactional experience, including commercial and residential matters
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Thorough understanding of title, survey, and due diligence
• Sound judgment in transactional structuring and risk mitigation
• Commitment to mentorship, collaboration, and client development
• Board Certification in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar is a plus
