Prerequisites:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction
- Experience on projects valued at $10MM or more
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of sub-trades and managing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
Responsibilities:
- Ensure project success through safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Facilitate relationships with team members, subcontractors, and owners
- Keep projects on schedule and within scope
- Oversee all aspects of the project from conception to completion
