Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in project management and/or leadership
- Professional Engineering licensure is required
- MUST have experience in land development/site design for private commercial and residential projects
- Need to have the ability to manage multiple projects and staff concurrently, while meeting deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain client contacts and relations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- The ability to lead and develop staff, cultivate a positive working environment, act with integrity, and hold your team accountable
Job Description/Duties:
- This position will report to the Vice President of the firm, and will be accountable for the operations of the entire Civil Department.
- All aspects of this role include production oversight, personnel management, client management and satisfaction, business development, scheduling, quality control and financial management including department performance.
- Must be willing to lead, oversee, and mentor project managers
- Ability to manage land development projects between $50k – $150k
- Must be able to authorize proposals and prepare budgets
