🚨 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician | Greater Boston Area 🚨
A growing, family-owned food manufacturer with over 60 years of success is seeking a strong Maintenance Technician to join their 2nd shift team in the Greater Boston area.
This is a highly visible role within a modern manufacturing environment offering strong pay, consistent overtime, excellent benefits, and real advancement opportunities with a company that promotes from within.
🕒 Schedule:
Monday–Thursday | 2:30pm–2:30am
(Enjoy 3-day weekends every week)
💰 Compensation:
$40–$45/hr. + regular overtime
What we are looking for:
• Manufacturing maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• PLCs, automation, and production equipment experience
• Preventive maintenance and downtime reduction mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in spanish preferred
