A well-established, privately owned law firm in the Rapid City area is seeking a Trust & Estates Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who is ready to step into an established practice and build lasting relationships with a loyal client base.
What You'll Do
Advise clients on estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, and estate administration
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Provide thoughtful legal counsel tailored to each client's unique needs
Collaborate with an experienced and supportive legal team
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law (or ability to obtain licensure in South Dakota)
2+ years of Trust & Estates experience
Strong communication, client service, and organizational skills
Desire to grow within a respected, client-focused firm
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
