About the Role:
A well-established personal injury law firm located in Downtown Miami is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law with significant litigation experience, including managing cases from pre-suit through trial preparation.
Responsibilities:
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
Organize and maintain case files and legal documents
Prepare cases for depositions, mediations, and trials
Assist attorneys with trial preparation and support during trial
Schedule hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
Review and summarize medical records and bills
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury law
Knowledge of Florida court rules and procedures
Proficiency with legal software (e.g., Clio, Needles, TrialWorks, or similar case management systems)
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
