About the Role We are seeking two experienced Onsite Project Managers to oversee a large-scale casino project in Virginia. These roles are critical to ensuring successful delivery, from preconstruction through project closeout, with a focus on quality, budget, and schedule. Candidates must have prior casino or large hospitality project experience and the ability to manage complex, fast-paced builds.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the onsite management of a large casino construction project in Virginia.
Oversee daily operations, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contract documents.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the owner, design team, and field operations.
Drive problem-solving, risk management, and proactive communication throughout the project.
Manage project reporting, documentation, and closeout.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale commercial projects; casino or large hospitality project experience required.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex project environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Location
These positions are onsite in Virginia. Candidates must be willing to work onsite full-time for the duration of the project.
