CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ Permitting experience is key – candidates with permitting-only backgrounds are welcome to apply
✔️ Residential construction experience a plus
✔️ Background with a top production home builder preferred; custom home builder experience also considered
CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
💰 $65,000 - $75,000
